Estate Planning Power of Attorney, Trusts & Estates

Intentional & durable plans

Having an estate plan enables your loved ones to grieve and move forward without an additional burden from a potentially complicated, expensive, and time-consuming process of figuring out how to administer your estate. It offers you the opportunity to leave an intentional legacy while gifting your survivors with a roadmap to ensure your wishes are met.

What’s included:

I offer a flat fee estate planning package to help clients create an estate plan that works for them. A good fit for most people, each package includes the following documents:

  • Last Will & Testament
  • Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care
  • Durable Power of Attorney for Finances
  • Advanced Health Care Directive

The Estate Planning Process

If you need estate planning, please reach out to get started. The process is a bit different than for other types of legal work, so here is a breakdown of what to expect:

  • Begin the process with a free 10-15 minute call to assess your needs and determine if working together is a fit.
  • You’ll receive an information form to complete and a fee agreement.
  • When the form is complete, we’ll have a meeting or call of up to 1 hour to talk about the needs and questions you have.
  • The drafts are created, sent for you to review and send feedback on.
  • Final meeting to execute (finalize) the documents.
